- 5-year Playtech contract extension for Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Casino brands
- Playtech sees Flutter as a key strategic partner
- Offers full suite of games plus live dealer studio

Two giants of the online gambling industry have strengthened their ties by extending their partnership across Europe for another five years.
Playtech, the world’s leading gambling technology company, inked the extension with Flutter, now the world’s online gambling consumer giant.
The deal maintains the suite of software Playtech provides to Flutter brands Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Casinos.
And it includes the extension of Playtech’s exclusive live dealer studios for Flutter brands and the exclusive launch of the Sky Vegas Live Casino within months.
‘Successful partnership’
Conor Grant, CEO of Flutter’s UK and Ireland Division, said: “We are pleased to have signed an extension agreement with Playtech.
“Over the years, we have built a very successful partnership and are excited to continue offering our customers access to software from one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-quality gaming product.”
Simon Akad, COO at Playtech, added: “Flutter is one of Playtech’s key strategic partners, and so this new long-term agreement to supply our innovative software and services across four key product verticals is significant.
“This is testament to the long-standing and strong relations between Flutter and Playtech, and we look forward to continuing to work with Flutter in its core markets to support Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Casino over the next five years.”
New Kindred Group deal
The news comes just days after Playtech announced a new deal with Kindred Group to supply its award-winning casino offering to the Kindred Group’s nine brands, including the showcase Unibet platform.
The deal starts with Unibet’s UK and .com sites and will then roll out across other regulated markets, including Belgium, Sweden and Romania.
Playtech execs were keen to stress the Kindred Group and Flutter contracts were steeped in mutual values of raising standards in safer and responsible gambling.
Playtech’s well-known casino game releases include the famous Age of the Gods series and the Fire Blaze Jackpot series.
David Robertson, Head of Casino at Kindred Group, said: “Playtech’s innovative and engaging content will provide a fantastic level of entertainment to our international audiences, and we’re delighted to be working with them. This will be a very exciting partnership for both companies, and we look forward to developing this partnership further in the months and years to come.”
Playtech’s Akad added: “This is a great example of Playtech’s commitment to partnering with the right companies to bring great entertainment to new and growing markets.”
